Upon successful completion of the application process, the £300 reservation payment is deducted from the first rent payment. A security deposit is required. The deposit is equal to five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000. The deposit is equal to six weeks' rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or more.
