A security deposit of £250 must be paid to secure the room. If the £250 booking deposit is not received, the room will automatically be released back to the market after 48 hours.
Two payment options are available: One full instalment (no discount is offered for paying in full). Three installments. The first instalment must be paid 10 days before the tenancy begins in September.

A cancellation fee of £250 + VAT (if applicable) applies for cancellations made after the 14-day Cooling-Off Period and before 31st July 2025. The Security Deposit may be used to cover damages, end-of-tenancy cleaning costs, and any outstanding rental fees.
